Operational Turnaround — from £15,000
Joint delivery by Vierka & Dean. A 90-day diagnostic and intervention: operational and financial root-cause analysis, a written turnaround plan, and hands-on implementation support.
Finance & Governance Infrastructure — from £5,000
Led by Dean. Financial controls review, audit trail design, a board reporting framework, governance documentation, and commissioner- and lender-ready outputs.
ISO 9001 Implementation — from £8,000
Led by Vierka. Full quality management system implementation through to certification readiness — using the same framework Care Horizons Ltd is certified under.
Interim Leadership & Mentoring — £1,500–£2,000 per consultant / day
Joint — day rate. Senior interim cover, or owner-manager mentoring during growth, succession or change. A monthly minimum applies.
